Recruitment and Evaluation

  • Aptitum intends to build relations based on trust, both with companies and candidates.
  • The basis of Aptitum’s involvement is a written proposal that restates the needs of the company, defines the modalities of the mission and specifies the methodology utilized as well as contractual conditions.
  • Aptitum uses validated methods for evaluating candidates. Face to face interviews are preferred.
  • Aptitum is committed to interpreting evaluation results in a focused way, for the benefit of both candidates and the client company. We do not authorize the sharing of the evaluation with third parties.
  • Aptitum works closely with both company and candidate during the integration phase.
  • Aptitum respects personal privacy and practices no discrimination based on ethnicity, social status, union status, gender, politics, religion, age or disability.

Coaching

  • Aptitum applies the ethical charter of the ECA, and is bound in particular by codes of professional secrecy, and guarantees except in grave circumstances the confidentiality of coaching clients.
  • Professional Coaching requires supervision. For this purpose, a supervisory structure is available to the Coach. The Coach is committed to turn to supervisors for help whenever the situation requires it.
  • Coaching is a professional and personal development technique. The Coach abstains from exercising any abuse of influence and does not therefore assume responsibility for any of the Coaching Client’s decisions.
  • Aptitum may decline to accept a Coaching assignment for reasons stemming from the organization, the potential client or the coach. Aptitum will in that case make a referral to another provider.

Mediation

  • Aptitum will only accept assignments that it believes in good conscience correspond to its team’s training and abilities.
  • Aptitum is committed to establishing an equitable level of quality service, in terms of transparency and confidentiality, with all parties concerned.
  • Aptitum will refrain from using any information collected for aims other than the successful completion of the mission.
